#4-the one where stuff is.....hard
Hello all! Lots of ups and downs. We’re mourning the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, happy that the smoke in Seattle has cleared a bit, and preparing for what will likely be a long fall and winter. The warehouse is humming along so the newsletter will go on.

A Note on Coats
How many of you buy coats from Costco? I love buying any and every jacket I can from Costco year after year. I think a good mix is a rain jacket, an every day puffy coat, a basic wool coat, and if you live somewhere super cold, a mega puffy coat. Most of these you can find at any time during the next few months. I saw this 32 degrees coat for less than 40 dollars today and suspect it will go even more on sale soon.

Have you seen?
There are a few things I have seen on Instagram that I am dying to come to my warehouse! Let us know below if you have seen these items!
-Chocolate chip brioche from the bakery

-Self serve air pump for tires

-Kirkland brand hard seltzer

Wine of the Week
How about 25 wines of the week? The wine advent calendar is back. For $99.99, you get 25 half bottles of multiple varieties. I can’t vouch for the quality of the wines (yet) but I am intrigued by the variety and think the half bottle size makes it just perfect. Have any of you gotten this before?

Milk? Mylk? Malk?

Today I noticed almost an entire aisle of non-dairy “milk”. Costco has multiple selections of alternative milk(or non-dairy beverage, according to the dairy industry). Are you wondering how they all stack up? Check out this helpful table.

Holiday Happiness
Your best bets over the next few weeks are going to be toys. In fact some are already selling out.
The Mandalorian Baby Yoda is in stock in most stores
Lego Advent Calendars are going fast, especially the Star Wars and Harry Potter versions. Snap them up!
These LED candles are still on sale, and will be nice for holiday decor. As you can see I used mine in a different way but I still think they will add to the festive vibe!
One thing I haven’t seen yet but would definitely grab when you do is fairy lights. Costco is always going to have the best deal on these and they are super versatile for decorating. Wrap them around mini trees or plants, arrange them in a fishbowl with ornaments or bows, or for extra lighting on a wreath.
It’s also a great time to upgrade your holiday baking game. I picked up the KitchenAid potholder set(my current pair of oven mitts had lobsters on them and spots where i almost set them on fire) as well as a new set of mixing bowls with a silicone bottom(goodbye raggedy IKEA plastic bowls). There is also a set of OXO measuring spoons and cups which I suspect will go on sale soon!
Until next time….
